Customer Care Executive (Domestic Outbound Telesales)
- We expect you to be a multi-tasking performer and a strong sales person.
- Excellent Communication skills in Hindi, English and Punjabi language; verbal and listening skills will be utilized in the process functions.
- You should be able to interpret needs and articulate best responses
- Able to interpret needs and articulate best responses
- You should derive the best results by delivering good rebuttals
- Good command of grammar and spelling will be needed in your pitch.
- Minimum experience of at least 1 year of working as a Tele Caller /Customer Care Executive and must be proficient in Punjabi/Hindi Languages.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly with clients at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
- Strong convincing and selling skills.
- Good verbal/written communication skills.
- Able to mirror the caller’s style
- Should be open to work in 24 by 7 environments.
