Job Description :
The candidate will be responsible for handling a team. Should have experience with recruitments,screening and interviewing candidates.would be taking care of payrolls.Team handling experience is a must.Exposure to HR in a BPO would be prefered.

Desired Profile:
Should have excellent communication skills,leadership qualities,well versed with recruitments. Experience in the same industry would be preferred.Aware of HR back office work,dealing with payrolls and employee grievances.Flexible working hours.
