ISO Certification to Cyber Futuristics

February 2004: Cyber Futuristics (India) Pvt. Ltd announced that it has received ISO 9001-2000 certification of its Quality Management System by BVQI UKAS the world's leading quality management systemsregistrar.

Sandeep Sharma, the company’s Head (Sales & Marketing), stated, "This significant achievement is the culmination of six month’s of detailed preparation and continuous planning by the Company’s entire staff. We firmly believe that this accomplishment recognizes the quality focus that Cyber Futuristics places on the critical processes of the products and services that it provides.

He added, "While certification to ISO Standards has been the constant objective, reaching that goal represents a beginning rather than an end of our efforts. Sustaining the level of performance that certification acknowledges is essential since this is a continuous process. Every year the company’s Quality Management System will be re-examined to assure on-going compliance with ISO 9001-2000 standards.

Combined with other quality initiatives such as Six Sigma, the ISO certification enables us to constantly measure our performance and target areas for further improvement".

The Company has got the ISO certification for this process as well.
