Job Description :
Candidates should have an experience with Call Center Dialers, CRM with expertise in Databases , LAN , WAN Management , CISCO etc. Trouble shooting experience in Hardware & Windows and Microsoft Back office products.

Desired Profile:
Candidate should have an experience of 3 years with good knowledge of routers,switches,networking in a leading Bpo. Candidate with qualifications like CCNA, MCSE would be prefered.

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Maximum Experience: 4 years
