Go4Customer to open new BPO/Software centre in SEZ NOIDA

Cyber Futuristics BPO arm of Go4customer is going to open its new BPO/Software centre in SEZ NOIDA in the month of February 2008. This will be Go4Customer’s 3rd Centre in India after Jaipur and Gurgaon. With this centre, the company aims at taking its total headcount to 500. Apart from BPO, the company also plans to put software wing in this facility as said by its CEO Mr. Anuj Bairathi at Gurgaon. Go4customer intends to extend sales, tech support, and consumer services for its clients from the new facility, enabling seamless delivery of work on a 24X7 basis. We are excited about our expansion in NOIDA and look forward to building on our capabilities,' he said.

Mr. Bairathi added that there are several factors which prompted Go4Customer to set up the facility at SEZ-NOIDA -- a well-developed infrastructure, a large and qualified talent pool and attractive SEZ benefits. The new centre would have state of the art facility in all respects and would have the capacity of 300 work stations.

Go4Customer COO Sandeep Sharma said, "The BPO sector in India is going through a boom phase’ He added, "Our pipelines have also been growing on a daily basis and that is why we decided to go in for a new facility."
