Cyfuture BPO arm of Go4customer is going to open its new BPO/Software centre in NSEZ NOIDA in the month of February 2008. This will be Go4Customer's 3rd Centre in India after Jaipur and Gurgaon. With this centre, the company aims at taking its total headcount to 500. Apart from BPO, the company also plans to put software wing in this facility as said by its CEO Mr. Anuj Bairathi at Gurgaon. Go4customer intends to extend sales, tech support, and consumer services for its clients from the new facility, enabling seamless delivery of work on a 24X7 basis. We are excited about our expansion as a BPO company in India and look forward to building on our capabilities,' he said.
Mr. Bairathi added that there are several factors which prompted Go4Customer to set up the facility at NSEZ-NOIDA -- a well-developed infrastructure, a large and qualified talent pool and attractive NSEZ benefits. The new BPO company in india would have state of the art facility in all respects and would have the capacity of 300 work stations.
