Futuristics India Pvt. Ltd. announced the inauguration of its new BPO
facility and division named `Go4customer', with a capacity of 500 seats
and set up with an investment of about Rs. 3 crores. Commercial
operations has commenced in 1st Week of April 2006.While 40 people have been doing a pilot project, in last few months it will be ramped up to 350 people, for offering services in areas such as transactions processing, web chat & email support, Voice Higher end tech support and inbound market research customer Service and Order taking, said Anuj Bairathi, Director (Operations).
Replying to questions at a press conference here on Saturday, he said once `critical mass' is obtained, investment by the strategic partner was not ruled out. Options such as a separate company could also be considered, but only at that stage, he said.
In
a question on going in for the Back office operations Mr. Bairathi said
that The company intends to invest huge amount in two phases to set up a
200 seats dedicated outfit that will take up jobs like insurance claim
processing, accounting jobs, as well as other legal jobs in the area of
Back office.Sandeep Sharma, Company's Head (Sales & Marketing) said that to begin with the strategy at Go4Customer is to cater to middle rung companies and solid Inbound Processes.
