Job Description :
Managing a team of Telemarketing Executives for a Sales (Outbound) process, Implementing measures for team improvement, Mentoring the new&junior members in team, Assisting in the development of feedback mechanism, in order to improve service quality

Desired Profile:
Excellent comm,capabilities in Selling.Flair to Sell,customer&client relationship skills,convincing power,leadership qualities,comfortable working in 24X7 environment. Candidates having 1 year experience as a TL in UK/US would be prefered.

Minimum Experience: 2 years

Maximum Experience: 4 years
