Handling a team of 10-15 customer care executives for an UK /US inbound technical process. Implementing measures for team improvement. Good analytical ability. Evaluating performance & quality of ongoing process. Open to night shifts.

Desired Profile:
Candidate should be a graduate /3yrs Diploma holders .Should have relevant experience.Excellent communication skills is must.Open to work in 24x7 shifts.Should have stability in previous employment and good academic record.MCSE, CCNA etc.
