Job Description :
The incumbent would be responsible for:
- Managing a
team of 15 20 Telemarketing Executives for a Sales (Outbound)
process.
- Implementing required measures for team improvement.
- Mentoring the new / junior members in the team.

Assisting in the development of a feedback mechanism, in order to
improve service quality.

The
incumbent must have:
- Excellent communication and
man-management skills.
- Excellent capabilities in Selling.
- Flair to Sell
- Excellent customer and client
relationship skills.
- Excellent convincing power.

Capability of taking initiatives, along with ownership and
leadership qualities.
- Ability to operate under stress and
demanding expectations.
- Should be comfortable working in
shifts in a 24 x 7 work environment.
Experience: 2
years - 5 years, with at least 1+ year as a Team Leader.
