Customer Care Executive (Domestic Telesales)
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent Communication skills in Hindi, English and regional language; verbal and listening skills
- Able to interpret needs and articulate best responses
- Able to deliver good rebuttals
- Good command of grammar and spelling
- Able to mirror the caller’s style
- Minimum experience of at least 1 year of working as a Helpdesk agent and must be proficient in regional/Hindi Languages.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly with clients at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
- Good verbal/written communication skills.
- Should be open to work in 24 by 7 environments.
