Customer Care Executive (Domestic Inbound Customer Service)

JOB Responsibilities

  • Able to multi-task
  • Excellent Communication skill in Gujarati, Hindi and English; verbal and listening skills
  • Good typing skills
  • Able to interpret needs and articulate best responses
  • Able to deliver good rebuttals
  • Good command of grammar and spelling
  • Able to mirror the caller’s style
  • Minimum experience of at least 1 year of working as a Helpdesk agent and must be proficient in Gujarati/Hindi Languages.


  • Must have the ability to communicate clearly with clients at varying levels, conceptually and tactically.
  • Good verbal/written communication skills.
  • Should be open to work in 24 by 7 environments.
